Neishabouri building nears completion

Jeff Neishabouri’s new building at 160 E. Broadway, next door to Kismet, will be home to the Ringholz Gallery, Terra and Outpost. Next-to-Kismet building nearly done Jeff Neishabouri has been working for years to build next to his rug emporium on East Broadway, and he’s finally in sight of finishing. Neishabouri, owner of Kismet Fine Rugs, said last week that he expects the building, about 15,000 square feet on three floors, to be ready for tenants before summer. “It’s going to be a head-turner, very beautiful,” Neishabouri said of his building, at 160 E. Broadway. “It’s the very highest quality, from A to Z, an unbelievable project.” Ground-floor tenants will be Ringholz Gallery, the headquarters of artist Amy Ringholz, and Terra, a clothing business owned by Dana Sanders Souther. Ringholz is now around the corner from its new location, Terra is across the street. Neishabouri also owns the Kismet building. The tenant taking the most space in the new building will be Outpost, a property management firm started in the winter of 2014 by Mekki Jaidi.
