Survivor: Edge of Extinction thrown into chaos as Rick Devens returns

Here’s a look back at this week’s reality TV highlights: Survivor One former castaway re-entered the game of Survivor: Edge of Extinction this week just as two more quit and another veteran player was ousted from the island during a jam-packed episode on Wednesday. After heading to Extinction Island on Day 11 as the fourth person voted out this season, Rick Devens, returned to the newly-merged Vata tribe for another crack at the $1 million grand prize. The 33-year-old Georgia-based morning news anchor battled back against the season’s five other outcasts, including 25-year-old small business owner Wendy Diaz, and 19-year-old pre-med student Keith Sowell, who both officially quit the game after losing to Rick, in fear of returning to the desperate conditions on Extinction Island. Their place was soon taken by 29-year-old multimedia artist Joe Anglim however, who was blindsided when his former Kama allies sent him packing.
