This artist is beautifying Middle Tennessee’s businesses, one window at a time.

Buy Photo When artist Cheryl Jenkins comes to town, she paints another business’ window. On a drive through Gallatin, it’s hard to miss her bright and colorful work. Snoopy, Nashville Predators mascot Gnash and even Gallatin’s own popular dog Toby have taken over dozens of windows in the city, and she’s splattered her work in Goodlettsville, Hendersonville, Lebanon, Madison, Crossville and Carthage. "So far, I’ve never had anybody not like what I’ve done," said Jenkins, whose business is Artistic Touch by Cheryl. Cheryl Jenkins painted this sweet cartoon on the windows at Sweet Thing Bakery in Lebanon. How it all began The Lime Deli , Derryberry’s Heat & Air , The Secret Garden and Gallatin Title Loans are some of the businesses displaying her creations. "I love cartoons and animation," Jenkins said. She’s painted ninjas kicking The Grinch and the Abominable Snowman, Snoopy riding a wave, and even a Hogwarts (Harry Potter’s wizarding school) witch using the "Wingardium Leviosa," or levitation spell, on desserts.
