Wichita Falls boot and shoe care business in step with downtown resurgence

It represents a time-honored practice when work for some was not labor but rather a labor of love. (Photo: Torin Halsey/Times Record News) Located on the Eighth Street side of the City National Bank building, Wichita Boot and Shoe Care resides alongside several fellow merchants in a bright, renovated lobby of the bank. It opened four months ago and is one of many businesses taking part in the resurgence of downtown.
